BOOKINGS

To secure a date for special occasions, photo-shoots or weddings, a agreed contract is required with a £85 deposit due at the time of booking , Paying your deposit acts as a clients agreement of the terms laid out below. A signature will be needed at the start of the trial also. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled hair and makeup times will only be reserved when deposit are received.

BOOKING TIMES

A start and end time will be agreed by client and Norfolk Bridal Beauty. Each makeup requires a certain length of time to be finished, the usual timeframe is approximately 45mins to 1 hour per person, Hair appointments vary from 30-60 mins. When reserving your date, book accordingly. Any additional hair or makeup needs outside contract will only be performed at the discretion of the hair and makeup artist. All persons involved in hair or makeup appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to not break the contract. All hair and makeup for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive times (no gaps in between).

DEPOSITS

In order to secure my services for your date, we ask for a £85 non-refundable deposit to be paid no later than 7 days after your initial enquiry and quotation, which can be paid in cash, bank transfer or PayPal. If no payment is received within 7 days, your date will be released and available for booking by other clients. Last minute bookings (those with 14 days or less until the date of event) are payable in full up-front in order to secure the date. By sending a deposit payment you are declaring your acknowledgment of the terms of this contract. .

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Hair And / Or Makeup will be completed to client’s satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted time. Ample time is given for each look upon booking. Acceptance of completed hair or makeup application by client is acknowledgement by client that hair or makeup is done to his/her satisfaction.

TRIAL MAKEUP

Trials take place in Lina’s studios in Attleborough Norfolk, a mobile trial may be available in clients own home at a additional charge. Trial hair and makeup (consultation) are available for services that do not include one. The additional trial for hair or makeup service is limited to 2 hours each. This is a separate fee and is due when this service is rendered. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a trial should you not be able to attend, otherwise it will be counted as a missed appointment and added to the final balance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Norfolk Bridal Beauty reserves the right to terminate this contract for any non-compliance of terms, contract will become void and all monies given are non-refundable. This booking arrangement cannot be changed after the artist/s arrives for the appointment. Appointments cancelled or changed within 30 days of wedding day will not be eligible for a refund on deposits unless the hair and makeup artist feels good cause . If Leanne or Lina can no longer perform services for any reason, she will provide a recommendation for a replacement Hair or makeup artist, it is at the client’s discretion whether they go ahead with the replacement makeup artist.



SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Location of service for the day-of- event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the hair and makeup artist’s needs to complete the hair makeup. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the artist at said location. Working electrical plugs must also be made available for use by the makeup artist if hair is part of the services of the booking. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. Remember to wear a button down shirt or dressing gown so you don’t mess up your style while getting dressed.

LIABILITY

All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Lina Hallberg and Leanne Bream, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. It is your responsibility to raise any known allergies or any products you have previously had a reaction too.

Photography

We may ask permission to take before and after photos of clients , the photos would only be used by Norfolk Bridal Beauty for Marketing and portfolio work, this could include use on social media , websites and advertising pages. The photos will not be sold on. When permission is given use of your professional photos might be used for the same marketing and advertising with credit given to the photographer where applicable.
